We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Service Delivery Lead / Manager to lead client engagements spanning budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and system implementations. You will plan and deliver projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams of finance and accounting professionals, and serve as the trusted point of contact for clients—translating complex financial work into clear progress, risk, and outcome conversations with executive stakeholders.

• Develop project plans for client engagements, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Lead weekly internal team meetings to review project progress, unblock issues, and support team development.
• Lead weekly client meetings, presenting status updates, deliverables, and project analytics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, accounting, and operations.
• Identify project risks, design mitigation strategies, and keep delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within client engagements.
• Partner with accounting teams on system implementations, audits, and reconciliations.
• Optimize financial workflows, reporting structures, and internal controls.
• Act as the primary liaison between finance teams and other departments to ensure project success.
• Communicate financial insights, project updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Train and support teams in the adoption of new financial systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience within a finance or accounting environment.
• Professional certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, CPA, CFA, or Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project-management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Legal authorization to work in Trinidad and Tobago.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
